Exchanges, warranties and returns

In order to further improve our service and your satisfaction, Volé offers you Product Exchange in various situations.

You can request an exchange in the following cases:

If the product has any manufacturing defect;

If it refers to the size, the exchange must be made within 7 days and the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping at the time of returning the piece, since the measurements, the material that was made and a photo of the item are available in our store. each product model;

To exchange your product in the event of a manufacturing defect, you must:

-Be within 30 calendar days after receiving the order, in accordance with the rules of the CDC (Consumer Defense Code)

-Contact via email  voledancewear@gmail.com.br  or whatsapp  (21)988854856  informing the reason for exchange, CPF of the purchaser and the order number. 

-The product must be in its original packaging (sent along with the product), with no signs of use.

The address for returning the product will be sent to your email. The return will be made through the Post Office, in which the customer must go to a branch of the Post Office, taking the Post Authorization Code.

The Post Authorization Code will be sent to your email along with the shipping address.

It is important to remember that so that you do not have new expenses, in the new post by Volé Dancewear, the charges for the FIRST exchange will be on us.

The choice of product can be for the same item or for items of any category, limited only to the value of the product sent for exchange. If there is a difference in value, you must contact us to pay the difference.

The customer must indicate by e-mail or letter sent with the product the specification of the new item chosen, the size and the reason for the exchange.

Defective product

In case the product is defective, as soon as your product is delivered to us, it will be analyzed by our team and, if a defect is found, a new product will be sent to your address. If it is found to be free of defects, we will send the same product again to your address. The reasons for not finding defects will be:

- Absence of defect (no finding of damage pointed out by the customer).

- Evidence of inappropriate use of the product.

- Indications of accidental damage.

- Natural wear due to use.

- Inadequate washing of the product.

Deadline for resending the exchange:

The deadline for us to resend your product varies depending on the time in which it is delivered to Volé Dancewear.

Once we receive the product, the deadline for handling and making a new post is up to 7 working days.

After posting, the deadline is the same as the Normal Order indicated in the Virtual Store  (to know the delivery time, do the simulation in the Virtual Store).

Devolution:

  If your purchase was delivered in perfect condition, but you are still not satisfied, you can contact our Returns & Exchanges Department via email.  voledancewear@gmail.com , however there are some rules to follow:

Deadline for Withdrawal of Purchase

-According to article 49 of the CDC (Code of Consumer Protection), the customer has a period of up to 7 calendar days after receiving the product to request the withdrawal of the purchase.

Return of the Product(s)

-The delivered product will be returned through the customer, posting the part at the nearest agency. The product must be in its original packaging and with all tags attached.

The product can not show any evidence of use.

IMPORTANT: For the product that does not meet the conditions required above, there will be no return and it will be automatically sent to the Customer's address. In this situation, Volé Dancewear will charge the customer for the freight again.

Return of the amount paid:

-Credit card: We will send the refund information of the amount to your card administrator and within 10 working days it will be posted on your invoice. To find out if the chargeback has already been posted on your invoice, we ask that you contact your card administrator.

- Bank slip: Credit in current account within a maximum period of 10 working days. There will be no refund of the shipping cost.

IMPORTANT: The refund of the amount paid will only be made after receipt and positive analysis of the exchange of the product(s).

Deadlines and Shipping Methods

The shipment of the products will begin after the approval and analysis of the digital payment for the requested purchase(s), and the HANDLING term. The customer will receive informative emails regarding the status of their purchase.

The Volé Dancewear store works with two options for the delivery of its products, offering different terms and prices:

- Normal Order

- Express order

The cost of shipping and the deadline can be consulted before the completion of the order, but we do not have a "freight simulator"

APPROVAL TERM:

TRAY CHECKOUT has a period of up to 07 working days to confirm the authorization of your purchase in the case of payment  have been made by bank transfer.  

PRODUCTION TIME :

Our HANDLING DEADLINE  AND PRODUCTION  It takes up to 20 days for the order to be posted.  Useful  according to stock availability. (working days)

Important: the handling period starts when the purchase is confirmed by TRAY CHECKOUT

SHIPMENT DEADLINE:

Described when the freight value is calculated and begins after receiving the email with the confirmation of the shipment of the product to the carrier.

The total term for receiving the product(s) is the sum of the Approval Term/Handling Term/Shipping Term, which may vary from 4 to 28 business days.

Volé Dancewear works with several forms of payment, seeking to facilitate this process for you, our customer.

Once you complete your purchase, you can choose which way you like the most. Further instructions will be given after choosing the payment method.

what are considered  working days?  

Working days are all those where work is not suspended, with the normal operation of goods and services establishments. Typically, this time period spans from Monday to Friday. However, depending on the circumstances, Saturday can also be considered a working day.
